I love baking. I might have mentioned that before, but I truly do. My problem is I often bake too much and don't have enough people to feed my creations to. It's sad. So usually Jim takes them to work. These are chocolate cupcakes with pumpkin cream cheese frosting. But I'm not sure if it can really be considered cream cheese frosting - it also has a lot of butter in it. I got the recipe for the pumpkin frosting here, but I tweaked it just a smidge, replacing the cinnamon, ginger, and nutmeg with pumpkin pie spice. Because really, its kinda the same thing, and I'm lazy.
